Call of duty

 Call of Duty is a series of first-person shooter video games, based on the war genre, initially developed by Infinity Ward, Treyarch, Sledgehammer Games, and to a lesser extent Raven Software, and published by Activision. The franchise began for personal computers and later expanded to sixth and seventh generation video game consoles, both desktop and handheld, thus gradually releasing several spin-off games with the main series. The series was initially set during World War II, portraying characters and battles that occurred during that conflict. This has been changing until the present day, where the plots take place in contemporary and fictional environments, as seen in Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, in the Cold War, or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, set in World War III; or in technological futures as in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
